Photography isn’t just my work, it’s also my hobby. Let’s be real, it’s basically my entire life. I am just lucky enough to have my ADHD lifelong hyper fixation to be something I could make money doing. I would still be a photographer even if it never made me a dollar. Honestly, I think that is why I love weddings so damn much, I get to use my craft that I am so passionate about to capture the best days of people’s lives. That’s pretty freaking cool in my opinion.
Before I ever stumbled into weddings, I had always envisioned myself as a landscape photographer traveling all over and capturing the most breath-taking parts of the world. The only thing I love as much as photography is being outdoors. Turns out I have too much personality to sit at a clifftop for 12 hours waiting for the light to be JUST right. I love the commitment, but that just ain’t me. I am a mover and I am always on the go. I bring so much positive energy along with me, it would feel like a waste to be all alone in the woods all of time.
